WELD Emerging Professionals’ Series
October 5th, 7:30am – 9:00am Overcoming Perceived Inexperience, Meet 2016 Woman WELDing the Way® Nichole Dunn, President and CEO, The Women’s Fund of Central Ohio. Nichole, our Maximizer, will show our emerging professionals how to move beyond perceived inexperience. Do you have what it takes to lead a work project or a group? Do others question your ability to take control in times of high stress or high demand? If so, you’re not alone. Emerging professionals are perceived to be “wet behind the ears” or less experienced than more seasoned employees. However, there are things that you can do to overcome the misperception that you’re not ready for a shot at handling the next big project in your office. Nichole will share relatable and personal stories of how she has triumphed beyond inexperience and maximized her way to the top. Attendees will walk away with actionable tips to: Gain more experience and Overcome the fallacy that emerging professionals are inexperienced. https://www.weldoh.org/event/2016-weld-october-5th-emerging-professionals-series/
