Ashley is a Human Resources major from Youngstown, Ohio. This is Ashley's 2nd year as President & her role involves planning the biweekly meetings, overseeing the executive board and looking for opportunities to make sure UBWA is meeting the needs of its members! Ashley completed 3 internships with Ernst & Young and is currently interning with Resource Interactive. While at OSU, she has worked as a RA for 2 years, an OA for 3 years & has been involved with the Young Scholars Program and INROADS. The highlight of her time as a buckeye has been a study abroad trip to London, UK & Dublin, Ireland! Outside of school, Ashley enjoys giving back to the community, traveling, shopping, baking and enjoying musicals.

Jeanette is a fourth year student, majoring in Human Resources and Public Affairs Journalism. She was voted Most Involved Member runner-up for Autumn Quarter last year. You can also find Jeanette giving back to her community through community service, commentating on Buckeye sports teams for Scarlet and Gray Sports Radio, doing research for Dr. Steven Rissing on sustainability, and writing for The Lantern. She currently serves as the UBWA Secretary and hails from Painesville, Ohio.
